Introduction of S-Startups Certified Companies

S-Startups is a certification program operated by the Shibuya Innovation Institute (SII) as part of the Shibuya Startup Support organization run by the Shibuya city government.
With the mission of “creating an environment where startups can continue to take bold challenges without fear,” the program certifies and supports startups with the potential to grow from Shibuya to the global stage.

After a rigorous selection process conducted amid the highest number of applications to date, the 3rd cohort of S-Startups certified companies has now been officially selected.

What is the S-Startups Certification Program

Through the S-Startups program, SII and Shibuya Startup Support (SSS) aim to support startups that tackle social challenges through innovative technologies and business models.
