Establishment of Guidelines for Moving into and Out of Leased Offices Using Turnkey Leasing ~ Turnkey Guidelines Presentation Event “Utilizing Turnkey Offices as a New Option” Held ~

Established on November 12, 2020, Shibuya Startup Deck (hereinafter referred to as “the Organization”) has been working to further develop the startup ecosystem in Shibuya Ward through collaboration between the ward and private companies. As a result of its efforts in the real estate sector, the Organization has now established the “Guidelines for Office Space Leasing and Vacancy Utilization in Shibuya Ward.”These guidelines were developed with the objective of enhancing the mobility of startup office relocations within Shibuya Ward, thereby fostering the creation of new startups, increasing inflow from outside the ward, and revitalizing industrial activities within the ward.
