The service is fully covered by travel insurance and is available in multiple languages including English, Chinese, Italian, and Spanish.
Collaboration:
As a proof of concept in Shibuya Ward, QR codes have been placed at hotel front desks and in guest rooms, allowing foreign visitors to easily access medical consultations in multiple languages.
